Review Rude and helpless customer service attendants

Hello,
I am very disappointed with the uncouth talks of the ladies who were on night shift on tuesday 13 July 2021. I called for assistance concerning my pesa pap app. Hellen assisted me in the right manner and kindest way but there was this other lady I didn't get her name right, this lady showed us some attitude like she was doing me a favour calling the help line.she even didn't want to her our reason for calling she just told us viasit the nearest branch for assistance. And she said good day hanging up on me. If this is how someone will be treated by your attendants,count me out from this bank.
