useless and incompitent management. especially the kasarani branch. How does a a supermarket just change its paybill number without informing customers? and after youve paid for goods,(from the house) a rude manager tells you "tulibadilisha till. sasa hio ni shauri yako.". had used the same till for over 3 years! its been 4 weeks and i havent recieved my money back!
