Review Always a nightmare

Always bad experience dealing with Stanbic Bank at their West Gate brunch location. I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of service I receive always . The whole ordeal left me frustrated and dissatisfied, and I would strongly advise against banking with them.
First and foremost, the account manager assigned to me Miriam is utterly unresponsive ,only one cashier working most of the time and they are so slow ,in addition customer can’t withdraw 1m if you don’t book in advance…
