Review of Brighton Hotel

I recently spent two nights in your hotel, I forgot my sweater in my room as I checked out .
I have been calling your reception countless times but have been tossed around given baseless reasons as to why they cant locate my sweater.
I was there yesterday 16/06/13 and was told to call today but the lady at the reception has no clue as to what am talking about wondering if your management has no hand over or proper documentation of lost and found.
