Review of TNT Express Worldwide (K) Ltd

I wish to say that I had the worst possible service from TNT. My package was shipped from India on the 25th of August to go to Nairobi. This package was only delivered to me today the 27th of September a month later. Every time I tried to call Nairobi to check on what was going on I was put on hold then the phone disconnects. I had a similar package that left from the same company in India on the same day and it was to be delivered to the UK via Fedx, this got to me within a week. I will not recommend TNT to anyone and I will never use them again.
