Mr. Waitimu your guys whenever they are giving NHIF services there is always delays and question for i came in the hospital there was no power but generator was working but because am with NHIF card your staff told me they dont have enough power to give NHIF services I wonder if all lights are on other machineries you have why not NHIF card to be used while power is lost .
Second is there any service that NHIF card dont cover all any visit i come for medication they will charge me 1000 that card is not paying sometime 1200 i wonder the same amount is what am paying the insurance .
Check on this issues as we deserve 100% services .

Am pissed off with thus guys. I walk in at 10 to get my wife discharged, a watchman tells me to sit out there and wait till visiting hours. I insist I need to notify them so that the process of discharging is initiated-after all since she gave birth it is now 36 hours and stable enough to go. Somehow after insisting I get to the enquiries desk, I explain my case and directed to the NHIF office. Next am referred to the maternity office. The watchman follows me and swears, I will only live the hospital at 2. Funny enough, the file goes missing and they have to look for it. Am yet to understand how mediocre people can behave
