What time does barclays queensway branch close
I hold an account with Barclays Bank. I deposited a cheque on 15th February 2018 and the teller misposted and credited the Drawer yet my account details were written at the back of the cheque. on inquiry i was advised either I have to follow with the drawer to re issues another cheque of request the banik to recall the cheque in writing which would take a while. Why wouldn't the bank correct their mistake and make the followup? Why take me through such an inconvenience?

HI........I did an ATM withdrawal transaction at Moi Avenue ATM 1 on Friday of Kshs. 40,000 in which on the ATM screen it showed me a decline message but i too received a message through my phone of a debit of the same amount. i tried to make a call for customer care for help but it was in vain. on Saturday morning i presented myself at Queensway Branch of which i was told wait by the end the Day.
