Gross Salary: 200K – 300K plus allowances.

Our esteemed client, a top international audit firm in Kenya and Eastern Africa, seeks to hire three Audit Seniors. They aim to enhance their team with diverse skills for delivering superior value to clients across various sectors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement audit procedures tailored to clients' businesses and risks.
• Lead fieldwork at client sites, collaborating with other departments for efficient audit delivery.
• Understand the sector and business environment of clients.
• Ensure adherence to local policies and regulations.
• Timely submission of audit documentation for review.
• Supervise and train team members.
• Exhibit a confident and decisive communication style with clients and staff.
• Foster healthy client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Professional qualification- CPA or ACCA.
• 3 to 5 years of external audit experience.
• Knowledge of accounting frameworks (IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, ISA).
• Experience in an Audit firm.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
