Key Responsibilities:

• Support marketing activities, including menu and product launches.
• Develop financial benchmarks to improve franchisee profitability.
• Address customer queries effectively.
• Conduct and attend strategic meetings.
• Drive new store development and revamp implementation.
• Maintain relationships with strategic partners and delivery aggregators.
• Manage stores to achieve brand standards and financial KPIs.
• Oversee financial reporting and compliance.
• Accountable for staffing operations.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
