Gross Salary: 70,000 plus commission.

Our client in the FMCG sector seeks a self-motivated Sales Representative to boost business growth and foster client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop aligned marketing strategies.
• Analyze market positioning and consumer insights.
• Train Trade Marketing team on product knowledge.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing managers for merchandising.
• Maintain customer relationships for future purchases.
• Manage performance of marketing campaigns and report on ROI.
• Oversee the Trade Marketing budget and brand activations.
• Track competitor activities and optimize the marketing strategy.
• Work with Finance for promotional planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Professional degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in Trade Marketing within FMCG, ideally in food & beverages.
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Must prioritize tasks and have attention to detail.
• Proactive in problem-solving and willing to learn.
