Solpia Kenya Limited, a leading synthetic hair manufacturer in Kenya with over 10 years of experience, seeks an Assistant Sales Manager. This role supports the Sales Manager, overseeing the sales team, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute departmental strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Assist in planning and supervising sales operations to meet targets.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team on the sales plan and budget.
• Analyze sales data for accurate forecasting.
• Maintain customer relationship programs and satisfaction tracking.
• Generate sales and marketing reports.
• Evaluate and improve current sales programs.
• Keep abreast of sales trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum age of 28 years.
• Three years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in the Hair Beauty and/or Cosmetics industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales target achievement and revenue growth experience.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Sound business acumen.
