Reporting to: Production Supervisor

Job Purpose: Ensure optimal operation of packing and processing machines for maximum production.

• Ensure efficient operation of aseptic processing and packaging machinery to meet quality and quantity targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of aseptic equipment.
• Adhere to good manufacturing practices and hygiene standards.
• Report any equipment issues to the shift supervisor for corrective action.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for optimal equipment performance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Dairy/Food Science and Technology
• Electrical/Mechanical Engineering diploma is advantageous
• K.C.S.E. certificate with a minimum of C-
• At least 3 years of experience in a dairy setting.
• Experience with UHT machine operations is required.
• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical/mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems like ISO, HACCP is desirable.
