Job Overview:

Optimise Outsourcing Ltd seeks an enthusiastic and skilled Supply Chain Analyst for our furniture retail operations. This role involves overseeing and enhancing our supply chain processes, managing international logistics from China, and handling inventory management challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Streamline supply chain workflows for efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Maintain supplier relationships in China and oversee contract compliance.
  • Forecast demand and manage inventory for seasonal changes.
  • Implement inventory management systems for optimal stock control.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure timely product delivery and quality.
  • Evaluate market trends and supplier performance for risks and opportunities.
  • Generate reports on supply chain metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Experience in supply chain management, ideally in retail.
  • Strong grasp of inventory management and international logistics.
  • Proficient in supply chain software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Familiarity with the furniture retail sector is advantageous.
