Our client, a furniture production company, seeks a Production Manager to oversee operations and ensure high-quality furniture manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in production management, particularly in furniture, with a strong background in safety regulations and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure materials meet quality standards and work with suppliers for high-quality raw materials.
• Oversee production processes, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Conduct tests for durability and safety, inspecting final products for defects.
• Maintain records of inspections and provide feedback to the production team.
• Train staff on quality standards and investigate product-related complaints.
• Identify inefficiencies to improve the production process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
