Gross Salary: 300K – 400K plus allowances.

Our client, a prominent international audit firm in Kenya and Eastern Africa, seeks an Audit Manager to diversify their skill set.

Duties include:

Market Involvement:

• Prepare proposals for new markets.
• Organize client updates on sector developments.
• Innovate solutions for clients' needs.
• Coordinate with department heads to optimize market opportunities.

Client Management:

• Manage key client portfolios and audit objectives.
• Ensure timely assessment of audit matters.
• Supervise audit team and review work quality.
• Finalize audit reports and handle client queries.
• Balance assignment profitability with risk mitigation.

Team Leadership:

• Plan and coordinate audit staffing.
• Manage and motivate audit teams effectively.
• Provide feedback and training to enhance quality.

Operational Controls:

• Manage audits within timelines and budgets.
• Record and document time spent accurately.
• Communicate workload with partners and ensure billing targets are met.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate and bachelor’s degrees.
• Certifications in Internal Audit.
• Over 8 years in audit services and 3 years as an Audit Manager.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in financial analysis and hardship zones.
• Strong leadership and self-motivation.
