Position: Quality Assurance Analyst

Our client, an established ICT firm, is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team. This role involves testing and approving both new and existing software focusing on both functional and non-functional requirements. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree.

• Conduct comprehensive testing and continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL and other standards during application development phases.
• Provide leadership and support to the Applications Development Team.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in IT systems development and extensive knowledge in automated testing tools is essential.

Required Skills: Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, C++, C#, SQL, and understanding of software development lifecycle.
