Main Responsibilities:

• Recruit Committed Givers: Engage with potential donors at events, inspiring regular donations.
• Daily Outreach: Meet recruitment targets by interacting with the public to explain the SOS mission.
• Build Relationships: Establish engaging conversations with potential donors for lasting support.
• Donor Retention: Encourage sustained giving and communicate donor impact effectively.
• Event-Based Fundraising: Represent the organization at events to attract new donors.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to align strategies and goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Background: Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Communication, or related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in fundraising, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, target-driven, positive team player, adaptable, and basic IT proficiency.
