About the Role:
The Admin and Finance Coordinator will manage various financial activities, report directly to the Country Director, ensure compliance with financial policies, handle payroll, maintain records, and support financial management in Kenya. Additionally, this role includes administrative and HR support, ensuring effective systems to support operations.
About You:
- Minimum of 3 years in a Finance role with HR Administrative experience preferred.
- Understanding of NGOs and a commitment to humanitarian work essential.
- Self-organized, detail-oriented, team player, able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and supervisory skills desirable.
- Fluency in English and good computer skills are required.
