Main Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and establish strong relationships with partners.
• Manage high volumes of applications over the phone.
• Ensure timely progression of applicants' files.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in CRM systems and MS Office.
• Background in call center or collections.

Work Schedule: A five-day week with availability required on the last two Saturdays of each month.
