Job offer: Finacle Support Engineer

We are seeking a Finacle Support Engineer to manage and support the implementation of Finacle Core Banking System (CBS) in our headquarters and branches. This position entails optimizing system performance, conducting system tests, managing data migrations, and maintaining systems documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• System configuration and testing based on business and user requirements.
• Creating test environments and conducting full-feature testing prior to deployment.
• Handling system queries, issue resolution and coordinating with vendors for prompt solutions.
• Executing regular system upgrades and maintaining security standards.
• Mentoring team members and managing vendor relationships effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with Banking Applications, specifically Finacle CBS.
• Expertise in Unix OS, Java Application Servers, SQL, Oracle RDBMS, and networking.
• ITIL certification and effective project management skills.
