Job Role: The Customer Support Executive will act as the first point of contact for clients seeking support or information regarding the company's investment products. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, resolving client issues, and enhancing client relationships to ensure a positive experience.

Duties Include:
  • Address and resolve client inquiries and issues, escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Provide detailed information on investment products like equities and fixed income.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as KYC and AML.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
  • Facilitate client interactions, account management, and perform reception duties.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, CISI certification, and at least 2 years of customer service experience in investment banking.
