We are seeking a Production and Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our production processes and maintain equipment effectiveness. The role requires a background in manufacturing with technical and leadership skills to manage daily operations, ensure safety, and lead a team.

• Manage and optimize daily production operations.

• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and monitor equipment.

• Lead and develop a production and maintenance team, ensuring a collaborative focus on safety and quality.

Requirements: 10+ years in manufacturing with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role; Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
