Job Presentation

Position Overview: The Finance & Administrative Consultant will be responsible for supporting the project operations team. Main tasks include managing financial records, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and assisting in various financial processes.

  • Preparation and review of Payment Approval Forms and financial documents.
  • Monthly field voucher report preparations and fund transfer requests.
  • Bank reconciliation and payment processing.
  • General administrative tasks such as payroll administration, statutory deductions, and travel arrangements for staff.

Location: The position is based in Nairobi at Palladium's offices.

Qualifications Required: Applicants should possess proven financial skills, excellent communication abilities, an aptitude for IT systems, particularly databases and Microsoft Excel, and a positive teamwork ethic. Interest in nature-based solutions is favorable.

Contract Duration: This is a part-time position, 3 days weekly until August 1, 2025.
