Job offer: Senior International Accountant- Global Accounting Operations

The Global Accounting department plays a crucial role in managing PATH’s financial activities across over 20 countries, ensuring not only compliance with financial principles but also spearheading educational and support initiatives for optimal financial operations.

• Ensure quality control and compliance throughout the financial reporting processes.
• Manage month-end and year-end financial processes effectively.
• Prepare and review financial data and ensure regular compliance with PATH’s financial protocols and external requirements.
• Guide and train PATH staff on financial management and policies.
• Support PATH's internal and external audit activities and maintain communication between headquarters and country offices.

• Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and at least eight years in the finance sector.
• A bachelor's degree in finance or similar, alongside a CPA certification.
• Experience with international nonprofits and multilingual ERP systems preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across regions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with exemplary organizational skills.
