Responsibilities

• Manage client interactions across various platforms including emails, calls, and social media.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a smooth transaction.
• Drive sales, meet targets, and manage client accounts diligently.
• Stay informed on products and handle customer queries post-sale effectively.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service Manager for daily and weekly reporting.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills and a minimum of 1 year sales experience required.
• Must understand e-commerce dynamics and be internet proficient.
• Work commitment: 6 days a week, with a willingness to earn on a commission basis.
• Additional IT industry experience and background is advantageous.
