Job Presentation

Sales Executive Role: The main objective is to generate sales orders from diverse clients in the painting sector, including the residential, commercial, and industrial markets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers while acquiring new ones.
  • Efficiently managing customer interactions and territorial responsibilities to maximize sales outputs.
  • Maintaining a vigorous schedule of daily calls (minimum eight) and monthly calls (200).
  • Keeping track of customer debts and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Gathering and submitting daily market intelligence on competitors, including pricing and promotional activities.
  • Providing continuous feedback on product quality and service to supervisors.
  • Organizing training for customers/painters and participating in client meetings to enhance visibility and product awareness.
  • Supporting key personnel in dealer offices with marketing materials and samples when needed.
  • Engaging in public relations activities with designated customers and carrying out additional duties as assigned by management.
