• Guide lawyers, interns, and staff in strategic directions.
• Offer legal advice and represent clients.
• Perform legal research for informed litigation strategies.
• Educate on legal and human rights issues.
• Ensure responsible use of funds and financial accountability.
• Empower communities for self-advocacy and legal protection.
• Engage in program activities and reporting.
• Mentor and develop talents of new lawyers.

• Law degree and Advocacy Certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years in civil and criminal litigation.
• Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
• Familiarity with modern ICT tools.
