Under the Branch Manager's guidance, the role includes managing various showroom activities, setting schedules, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring sales targets and profitability. Responsibilities also include training staff, managing supplies and displays, and ensuring top-notch customer service and safety protocols. Additional tasks involve supervising cash operations, stock management, and maintaining high team performance and compliance standards.

• Coordinate and execute marketing and promotional activities effectively within the showroom.
• Oversee administrative functions and ensure timely reporting and planning.
• Manage and optimize staff and customer interactions to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain workplace safety and health standards.
