Job offer: Program Manager NGO

The International Centre for Reproductive Health Kenya (ICRHK) focuses on advancing Sexual and Reproductive Health through research and interventions in areas such as HIV/STI prevention, Gender-based violence, Maternal and Child Health, Family Planning, and Adolescent Health.

The Program Manager will oversee the technical and managerial aspects of various projects. This role involves close collaboration with teams to ensure adherence to plans and timelines, building partnerships with County Health Management Teams, and supporting new business initiatives.

• Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Medicine, or related fields.
• At least 7 years of experience in SRHR program management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and a certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and experience in diverse cultural settings.
• Proven problem-solving skills and relationship-building capabilities with various stakeholders.
