Job offer: Monitoring Evaluation & Learning Officer

ICRHK, a Kenya-based NGO, conducts research and interventions in Sexual and Reproductive Health, focusing on preventing and treating HIV/STI, addressing GBV, enhancing Maternal and Child Health, and promoting family planning. We are hiring MEL Officers for a USAID project across various Kenyan counties, subject to grant award. The role entails managing MEL activities, working with health management to enrich SBC data evaluation, and collaborating for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant health fields required; Master’s an advantage.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in MEL focusing on key health areas; additional experience in SBC beneficial.
• Skilled in data management and using health information systems like KHIS, eCHIS.
• Capability to design and execute MEL frameworks independently and collaboratively.
