Job Presentation

Job Purpose: Manage inbound and outbound communication with customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries about sales, services, and promotions.
  • Assist in customer calls, ensuring effective feedback and follow-ups.
  • Support warehouse online queries after hours.
  • De-escalate conflicts with dissatisfied customers.
  • Conduct follow-up and feedback calls, including 150 monthly 'happy calls' to assess service satisfaction.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Care.
  • At least one year of experience in a high-volume call center.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and excellent communication skills are crucial.
