Jubilee Allianz General Insurance is seeking a Project Lead for a temporary position.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and oversee the project team.
• Set and track team goals.
• Maintain project timelines and develop work plans.
• Review team outputs, prepare journals, and support weekly executive discussions.
• Conduct daily team meetings to assign tasks and address concerns.
• Ensure legitimacy of balance sheet transactions post project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and CPA (K) certification.
• At least 6 years of experience.
• Proven leadership with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive self and foster teamwork.
