Kiambaa Dairies is looking to hire an Inventory Accountant in Kiambu with a salary range of Ksh. 40,000- Ksh. 45,000.
Key responsibilities include:
- Procurement: Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records, implement control measures, and conduct stock reconciliation.
- Order Processing: Handle purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Documentation and Reporting: Manage procurement and inventory records and prepare performance reports.
- Quality Assurance: Work with quality control to ensure standards and resolve issues.
- Other Duties: Collaborate with finance for accurate reporting, participate in improvements, and provide training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or related field.
- CPA Section 4.
- Experience in procurement and inventory management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and software skills.
Skills:
- Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
- Familiar with ERP System and capable of data analysis.
- Detail-oriented with strong planning and leadership skills.
