The organization aims to be a premier dairy producer globally, offering cost-efficient, high-quality products through optimal business practices to enhance stakeholder value.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage timely sales payments, collection of overdues, and vet new customer accounts to expand customer database.
  • Maintain a current database of distributors and manage weekly market reports and daily activities.
  • Coordinate daily stock reconciliations and plan logistics for the sales team, ensuring excellent customer relations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or relevant field; diploma in sales/marketing beneficial.
  • At least four years of FMCG sector experience with proven communication, planning, and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines and sales targets.
