We are pleased to offer an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to manage various development projects, including residential and commercial sites. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience, having successfully handled at least two major projects, and a solid grasp of construction practices and project management techniques.

• Project Oversight: Handle multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and timeline.
• Drawing Interpretation: Accurately interpret and carry out plans from architectural and engineering drawings.
• Process Management: Coordinate construction processes with contractors and consultants for smooth operations.
• Communication: Act as the main communication link among all parties involved in the projects.
• Problem Solving: Tackle challenges efficiently and ensure project continuity.
• Contract Compliance: Monitor adherence to local construction laws.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records and manage project documentation effectively.
