Our esteemed client in the medical device sector seeks a skilled Project & Marketing Manager for cardiac and vascular surgery products in Africa. This role requires leading and managing large-scale projects, ensuring coordination & consistent operations across different functions.

• Align with internal stakeholders on strategic priorities for the African market.
• Implement comprehensive treatment pathways in collaboration with various partners including healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality of deliverables.
• Engage with EMEA marketing managers to pinpoint and exploit business opportunities.
• Orchestrate marketing strategies and support commercialization efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years' experience in managing healthcare projects in Sub-Saharan Africa and in sales/marketing within emerging markets.
• Proven skills in negotiation and strategic project execution.
• Ability to innovate strategically in sales and marketing.
