Job Role and Responsibilities:

The Finance Manager is crucial in driving financial growth and ensuring compliance with our strategic objectives. This role requires a dynamic leader skilled in financial management, ERP systems, and team development.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in business administration or relevant field and CPA(K) or equivalent certification.
• At least 8 years of experience in financial roles with 3 years in management, preferably in NGOs.
• Strong financial acumen, compliance knowledge, leadership, and strategic planning skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

A competitive package including a salary of KES 400,000 - 500,000, family medical cover, a pension scheme, and 25 working days of annual leave is offered.

The position is based in Nairobi, offering flexibility with work locations and some travel required.
