This role involves leading a team of AR Accountants to achieve a high collections rate and maintaining accurate records across multiple campuses.

• Lead and manage AR Accountants to ensure excellent collections performance.
• Accurately invoice for various student-related activities and manage billing discrepancies.
• Maintain comprehensive records and promptly record payments.
• Analyze accounts, pursue overdue debts, and support external collection efforts.
• Uphold filing and policy compliance, and assist in legal actions against bad debts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting, with professional accounting qualifications.
• Minimum of five years' experience in accounting, with a focus on receivables.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
