Our client, a leading plantation in Kenya and Tanzania, is looking for a Horticultural Supervisor to manage various farming operations. The role involves overseeing seed production, harvest processes, and plant care, ensuring all activities adhere to quality standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, monitoring crop health and productivity.
• Implement sustainable practices to maintain economical and environmental sustainability.
• Coordinate post-harvest processes, ensuring products are ready for sale.
• Measures to ensure safety and health at the workplace.
• Maintain compliance with government regulations.

Essential Qualifications:

• Degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, or related field.
• Minimum of five years experience in a dynamic agricultural environment.
• Experience in seed management and plant breeding.
• Valid driving license with motorbike endorsement.
