Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement retail strategies and initiatives for business performance enhancement.
• Identify and secure new business partnerships and opportunities.
• Manage daily retail operations to achieve performance targets and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Lead and develop a team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Administer budgets, manage financial performance, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related; Master’s preferred.
• 6-8 years’ experience in retail management or business development.
• Proven leadership skills and financial acumen, with a track record in strategy implementation and team development.
