Salary: Kshs 25,000 plus commissions

We are seeking a Team Leader for a credit-only microfinance company. The role entails overseeing the performance of specific products, managing and training the sales team, and establishing strong client relationships. Responsibilities include recruiting and training new sales representatives, supervising daily sales activities, and supporting marketing efforts.

• Facilitate continuous training and mentorship for the sales team.
• Plan and execute market penetration strategies.
• Conduct team performance appraisals and manage sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales within the micro lending sector.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
