Job offer: Information Security Operations Engineer

The Information Security Operations Engineer at MSF will secure our IT systems through critical security control implementation, ensuring robust configurations and proactive threat monitoring. This role significantly contributes to the organization's security, supporting MSF's global humanitarian mission with a resilient IT infrastructure.

• Implement and maintain security controls, ensuring systems adhere to best practices and reducing vulnerabilities.
• Perform proactive vulnerability management and system hardening.
• Support the continuous monitoring of IT systems for threats, maintaining compliance to security standards.
• Collaborate effectively across IT teams to enhance MSF's cybersecurity frameworks.
• Document all security procedures ensuring preparedness for audits and compliance.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, relevant certifications, and extensive experience in IT security operations and compliance frameworks. Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in French considered an asset.

Location and Conditions: Based in Nairobi, Kenya with international travel up to 10%. The position offers an open-ended contract with terms adjusted based on the candidate’s residence.
