SMEP Microfinance Bank PLC, regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya and with 38 outlets nationwide, seeks passionate candidates for a Procurement Officer position. The successful candidate will manage procurement strategies and maintain cost-effective requirements aligned with the Bank's policies.

• Adherence to procurement procedures.
• Implementation of sourcing strategies.
• Preparation and management of procurement plans.
• Supplier due diligence and management of supply database.
• Negotiation of service contracts and maintaining supplier relationships.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Procurement & Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Professional Certification in CIPS.
• Relevant Master’s degree is advantageous.

• Practicing Christian with a passion for service.
• Six to eight years of relevant experience.
• Project management skills and commercial awareness.
