Job offer: Supervisor – Retail Retention & Operations

This role reports to the Underwriting Manager, Health, tasked with providing clinical support to ensure a profitable retail health insurance portfolio.

• Enforces and implements underwriting discipline.
• Offers flexible, tailor-made solutions with adequate pricing controls.
• Supports business teams in pricing and quoting for SME schemes and retail policies.
• Monitors product performance quarterly.
• Ensures clear, unambiguous policy wordings.
• Improves data source quality for better decision-making.
• Keeps abreast of relevant health trends and adjusts products accordingly.
• Enhances customer experience through product and service improvements.
• Proposes actions for poorly performing policies and conducts relevant research to support new product initiatives.

Qualifications:

• University degree in insurance, finance or health-related field.
• Professional membership in a relevant entity.
• Minimum 3 years in retail underwriting with a clinical background.
