Job offer: Bancassurance Officer – First Assurance

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to enhance sales of insurance products.
• Collaborate with insurance providers to create products that meet customer needs.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets as set by management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries and issues promptly, and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing trainings and educate bank sales staff on insurance products.

Experience and Education:

• A University Degree in a business-related field.
• At least 5 years in insurance sales with a focus on Bancassurance.
• Required professional qualifications in insurance.
