• Lead the workshop team, ensuring professionalism and safety.
• Plan and manage workflow for timely project delivery.
• Mentor technicians to improve their skills.
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of motors and transformers.
• Diagnose issues and maintain high quality standards.
• Develop processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in electro-motor rewinding.
• Proficiency in operating heavy machinery up to 25 tons.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
