Job vacancy Production Manager

·         Check production lines against parameters given / set per product

·         Lead the maintenance team in carrying out proper preventive maintenance for machines to avoid downtimes.

·         Co-ordinate with Quality Department to ensure products conform to the     agreed quality parameters.

·         Job scheduling and preparing job cards

·         Carry out proper production planning to avoid delays and material wastage

·         Assist in development and implementation of production procedures to maximize efficiency

·         Training of production team in various areas of production

·         Product costing

·         Keep reports for production /machines within the facility

·         Detect machine related flaws and fix them with minimum downtime and supervision.

·         Assist in analysis of production data to identify areas of improvement.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

·         Degree/Diploma in a Mechanical field

·         At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setup

·         Understanding of Filtration industry will be an added advantage
