Our client, a corporate holding with six member companies in various sectors, seeks a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the marketing team. This role focuses on developing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement marketing strategies to promote the Group.
• Conduct market analysis for strategic decisions.
• Manage brand image and consistent messaging.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns.
• Track and analyze marketing performance.
• Support fundraising efforts with materials.
• Manage marketing budget efficiently.
• Develop strategic partnerships.
• Lead and mentor marketing team.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; MBA or certifications preferred.
• Proven success in marketing, ideally in real estate.
• Knowledge of the Ethiopian real estate market.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Amharic; travel required.
