• Administer health and safety policies and maintain effective communication on HR issues.
• Design plans to manage staffing, conduct training needs analysis, and prepare budgets.
• Drive organizational culture and support employee relations improvements.
• Manage statutory responsibilities and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management and professional HR certification.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition and employee relations, plus strong knowledge of employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
