Production Supervisor
1.Supervision and Leadership:
l Oversee and manage a team of production workers, including training, scheduling,
l and performance evaluation.
l Ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
2. Production Management:
l Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure products are
l produced on time and meet quality standards.
l Monitor production schedules, adjust workflows, and manage resources effectively
l to meet production targets.
l Implement and maintain effective production tracking systems.
3. Quality Control:
l Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
l Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process and equipment.
l Identify and address any issues that could affect product quality.
4. Process Improvement:
l Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase
l efficiency and reduce waste.
l Work closely with the Production Manager and other departments to develop and
l implement best practices.
5. Health and Safety:
l Promote and maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and
l procedures.
l Conduct safety training and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety
l regulations.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
l Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports on production
l performance.
l Document and report any incidents, issues, or changes in production processes.
· Must have a Degree in Production Management, Food Science, Iindustrial Engineer or related field
· Must have 3-5 years experience in Supervisory role in Manufacturing Company(FMCG)
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
· Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
· Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
